Refund and Returns Policy

Can I return a product?

Due to the nature of food products, myswissfood.eu does not accept returns except in the following cases:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered

We do not accept returns for perishable food items, opened products, or products simply no longer wanted.

How to report a damaged or wrong item

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact page.

Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund

If your return request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items is covered by Swiss Food.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
